Ski Trip This Saturday
If you feel that a way to connect with others is to strap sticks to your feet and slide down a hill in the freezing cold…we’ve got that too. We’ll be going skiing THIS Saturday at Chestnut Mountain in Galena. The van will leave the church at 6:30am.
Come Visit A LifeGroup!
By far…the BEST way to connect with others is to join a LifeGroup. These LifeGroups meet on Sunday mornings at 9:30 and we just started a new LifeGroup called RU that meets on Friday nights at 7 o’ clock RU is designed to help people kick stubborn habits. Childcare is provided for all of these classes. Why not try one of these LifeGroups this week?
Missions Trip 2015
Our last goal is to provide opportunities for people to serve the Lord by serving others. One way you can do that is by signing up for our 2015 missions team. This year’s team will be going to help one of our missionaries, inner-city church planter, Kirk Kirkland, in Cincinnati, OH. The deadline to sign up for this missions trip is today. There is more information and a sign up sheet in the foyer.
Invite a Friend to Super Sunday
And…last, but not least…the easiest way to serve this week is to invite someone to Super Sunday. Let them know that they’re invited to come, to wear their favorite jersey, and to join us for a tailgate party potluck after the service. We won’t have an afternoon or evening service next week. So…invite someone…bring a dish to share and start off Super Sunday at Grace!
